Shoot Log, see the look live
On Pro iPhones QCam records Apple Log while the preview wears a graded look. Flat file underneath, finished color in your eye, and the decision stays reversible forever.
Flip COLOR to Log
In the spec strip, COLOR switches to LOG2 on Pro iPhones. With the look set to Off the preview shows the honest negative: flat, grey, maximum latitude. That flatness is not a bug; it is headroom.
Wear a look while you record
Open LUT and tap through the looks: Aurora, Cine, Blush, Linen, Moss, Tide. The preview grades live so you frame and perform against finished color, while the sensor keeps writing the Log negative underneath.
You can import your own .cube looks too; they join the row right after the built-ins.
Flat file, graded eye
This is what that buys you: the same take as a flat Log negative and as a graded image. The look you shot with rides along to the editor, where one tap can change it, dial it back, or turn it off. Nothing is baked until you export.
